A reveller removed her bra and threw it at Winky D on Saturday night during his performance at the Harare International Conference Centre.
The unidentified woman’s intention could not be immediately established but the Vigilance camp collected it.
“I want to believe that the woman is one of Winky D’s fans,” said one of Winky D’s crew members. We are going to frame the bra and keep it at Winky D’s office for history,” he said.
The Mugarden hit-maker gave a spirited performance after a delayed entrance.
The delay, at least according to sources close to Jah Prayzah and Winky D camp, was as a result of arguments as to who was to perform first. KVG and his co-host Abisha Palmer stole the limelight showcasing their dancing skills waiting for the directive to announce who was to perform first.
One of the revellers, Ellite King Solomon, expressed his love for the two’s music.
“I personally like the music of both Jah Prayzah and Winky D,” said King. Given a chance, to choose who should perform first, I would prefer Jah Prayzah ahead of Winky D.
“As a weekend, we expect to jump speakers before retiring to bed and the artist who is able to make us do that is Winky D.
“They are both giants but with different vibes that suit different occasions,” he said. *H-Metro*
